There will be a shuttle service from this hotel to our venue from 3 PM - 6 PM, and a return shuttle from 9 PM - 12 PM. Regarding luggage, since the hotel check-in is at 4 PM, if you arrive on Saturday the front desk will keep your luggage for you in their side room. When checking in, please sign their form to reserve your spot on the shuttle.
